The Tennis Oxfordshire AGM will take place at 7.00pm on Monday 2nd March 2020 at Abingdon & Witney College, Wootton Road, Abingdon, OX14 1GG. Refreshments will be available from 6.30pm.
Nominations can be made for officer positions on the Management Committee (Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer) and general members of the Management Committee. All nominations may be made by the Management Committee or by a member of the Association and must be emailed to the Secretary to email@example.com by Monday 20th January 2020.
If anyone would like to talk about what is involved in being on the Management Committee, then do contact Mark Wilkinson on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Finally if you would like any resolutions to be considered at the AGM please note that this is to be given by a member of the Association and emailed to the Secretary to email@example.com by Monday 20th January 2020.
