2023 Tennis Oxfordshire AGM
The 2023 Tennis Oxfordshire AGM will take place at 7.00pm at Abingdon & Witney College, Wootton Road, Abingdon OX14 1GG and by Zoom, on Monday 27th February 2023. There will be food and drink served from 6:30pm with the meeting starting at 7:00pm.
We will also be presenting the 2023 Oxfordshire LTA Awards and the trophies/certificates for the winners of the Dunlop Summer Leagues during the evening.
Nominations can be made for officer positions on the Management Committee (Chairman, Vice Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer) and general members of the Management Committee.
All nominations may be made by the Management Committee or by a member of the Association and should be emailed to the Secretary at tennis@tennisoxfordshire.co.uk by Monday 6th February 2023.
If anyone would like to talk about what is involved in being on the Management Committee, then do feel free to contact me at tennis@tennisoxfordshire.co.uk.
Finally if you would like any resolutions to be considered at the AGM please note that they must be proposed by a member of the Association and emailed to the Secretary at tennis@tennisoxfordshire.co.uk by Monday 6th February 2023.
